With all of our busy and hectic schedules its almost impossible to find time to go to the gym and work out. However, keeping your body in shape is very important. We must take care of ourselves, because if we don't who will? Here are a few exercises to do from home.
Press ups. This exercise works out your abs and upper body. It is important that you are able to carry your own weight. Failure to do so could mean you need to shed a few pounds. Try doing ten to twenty press ups in four or five reps.
Squats. Very simple and very effective, plus for those who enjoy feeling that workout burn this is the perfect exercise for you. When doing squats its important to focus on your technique so that you gain the most out of the excericise.
Plank. Now this is one excercise i know many will enjoy. It is similar to the press up position however you use your upper arms for support. This exercise works out your abs, back and several other parts of your upper body. For beginners it is advisable your focus on regular planks, while experts can modify the routine by adding movements in between the excercise.
