Spaghetti and sausages are among delicacies consumed by most Kenyans. Spaghetti and sausages are mostly consumed during lunch time or dinner because they are light. Ingredients
A packet of spaghetti
A tablespoon of cooking oil
Sausages
4 minced cloves of garlic
One onion
A half cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Procedure
Pour 2 cups of water on a sufuria and allow it to boil as you slice sausages. Add in spaghetti until it is almost cooked, a drain of water.
Put cooking oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced sausages on medium heat until they turn golden brown. Reduce the heat and add onion and garlic allow them to soften.
Stir and mix in the tomatoes and any other ingredients you may wish to add with the sausages. Reduce the heat when the sauce boils. Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes while you cook pasta.
Add spaghetti to the frying pan with the sausage sauce. Mix it thoroughly for the sauce to coat with spaghetti.
Sprinkle cheese on top and serve it with chicken or beef depending on your choice. It tastes good when served hot.
