ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga, has maintaniend that party supporters should vote 'six piece', in the August 8 polls.
Speaking after an SDA Church service in Kisumu, Saturday, the Nasa presidentil candidate, indicated that ODM should be able to win all the seats in the Lakeside County.
he noted the party wanted a win, by ensuring no aspirant from another party, or an indpeendt candidate wins.
"We want to ensure ODM wins. Vote everyone ODM, from MCA, MP, Senator, Woman Rep, Governor to the President. ODM is the party to give a win," Raila told Kisumu residents.
Accompanied by area ODM governorship aspirant senator Prof Anyang' Nyong'o, Raila emphasised the need to vote for Nyong'o, saying he would bring change that Kisumu residents need.
Nyong'o on his part called on the electorates to support his bid, by ensuring incumbent governor JAck Ranguma, who is vying as an Independent candidate, is voted out.
Ranguma lost to Nyong'o during ODM party primaries in April, but vowed to support Odinga for president, even as he vies as independent.
Friday evening, the two, accompanied by Siaya senator James Orengo and a host of Nasa leaders, joined the Muslim community for Iftar, at Kisumu's Agakhan hall.
Analysts have warned Raila against asking electorates to vote six piece, saying independent candidates who support his bid, also have supporters, who may decide to withdraw their support for his presidency, therefore, costing him.
Raila's call for six piece could as well compromise support that he receives from Kenyans who subscribe to agendas of parties that are members to the Nasa coalition, Ford Kenya (Moses Wetangula), ANC (Musalia Mudavadi), CCM (Isaac Rutto) and Wiper (Kalonzo Musyoka).
