Although men look physically stronger than me, a study published in Applied Physiology, Nutrition and Metabolism showed that women have proven to have better muscle endurance when you compared them to men. However, the study was only conducted to a small group of women and men. There were eight men and nine women who were taken through the test.
The persons involved in the test all had similar muscles, fitness and body types. The people were asked to undertake a short running exercise and women proved to be better. Sex is also a physical activity and women showed that they are better as well. The duration a man lasts in bed varies from one person to another.
There are men who use supplements in order to improve their stamina while others are naturally blessed. The increased number of women using supplements is a clear indicator that men are ready to do anything to improve their sexual performance.
