I am browsing Facebook and twitter only to see some folks insulting others and using words that could turn the creator against us.
It has become a den of tribal war of words and hate mongering. Only because of another person’s political opinions.
I think we aren’t going to change people’s political beliefs on social media. You will only turn a person against another. Everybody has his or her own political stand and will likely share it on social media, agree to disagree with it and move on.
Another user has no right to abuse you to prove that he or disagrees with you. But remember to let your vote be your voice rather than post insults on social media sites.
Social media sites especially Facebook is used to laugh have fun, converse with family and friends and even others use it to get dates with strangers. Not to get stressed up with what you see and disagree with.
There is enough political coverage on the mainstream media, news sites and even blogs dedicated to political topics and discussions. Keep it there.
Now I know there are a lot you of you who will disagree with me when this piece is shared on social media. That is fine, you have every right to.
