In the 85th minute, Batoto ba Mungu earned a penalty after Andrew Waiswa handled the ball inside the box, and Ugandan goalkeeper Mathias Kigonya made no mistake from the spot kick.

Ulinzi Stars controlled most the proceedings in this match but just could not collect the statistic that mattered.
The point earned moved Zoo Kericho from 11th to 13th on the SportPesa Premier League table, as the soldiers also moved one place up to fourth place.
