Sofapaka have halted AFC Leopards apparent resurgence in the Kenya Premier League (KPL) after humiliating them to a 2-0 loss on Sunday.
It was Ugandan striker Feni Ali who grabbed the brace as Sofapaka bounced back into winning after a 4-match winless streak.
The match was played at Narok Stadium.
Ali connected well to a Leroy Otieno cross to break the deadlock in the first 30 seconds to kill the morale of the visitors.
He was at it again in the 19the minute, unleashing a thunderbold 25 yards to leave goalkeeper Ian Otieno with no chance on the ball.
Sofapaka have now leapfrogged Ulinzi Stars into the third position with 12 points behind leaders Gor Mahia.
