Chiloba has at the same time warned that delays in setting up a new team will jeopardize the next general elections.

The IEBC boss was speaking during an open forum on electoral preparedness held at Strathmore university, the forum was graced by NARC Kenya party leader Martha Karua and former lSK CEO Apollo Mboya.

Chiloba however maintains that the commission is committed to deliver a free and fair election come 2017.

It's on the same breath that Chiloba has urged for a speedy decision on the IEBC commissioners fate but insists that removal of the commissioners will be counter-productive.
