Nairobi senator Mike Sonko should be a worried man after evidence arose of people trying to dig into his past criminal records.
According to a letter circulating on social media, there are indications that Sonko could be arrested after a warrant for the same was issued by a Mombasa chief magistrate.
In the letter, the previous warrants of arrest still stand after police officers failed to effect them in the past.
But according to the Star, a senior official at the Mombasa court has played down the assumptions in the letter saying that people could have misinterpreted the letter.
He said the letter in question was a response to a previous inquiry by William Kenga Advocates over availability of the case files.
