Nairobi governor Mike Sonko is in plans to construct a new bus terminus in the city.
The terminus will be at Ngara.
Speaking through his Facebook page, the governor said the zone had been gazetted by his government pending implementation.
"Nairobi City County Government is currently constructing Ngara Road terminus. The area is one of the newly gazetted PSV terminus aimed at decongesting our city by giving room for the free-flow of traffic," he said.
"We also have various ongoing county infrastructure projects i.e Upendo road in Mathare, Maji Mazuri in Kasarani, New Donholm road, Kirichwa Garden Road, Likoni link road and many others, tupee time and you will see major infrastructure development in our city," he added.
