Nairobi governor aspirant Peter Kenneth has dismissed the Jubilee Party nomination results.
Kenneth claims that the gubernatorial poll was a sham and is now demanding a repeat.
Results streaming in so far show Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko is well ahead of Kenneth.
In a statement issued at midnight, the 2013 presidential aspirant complained that the voting process was rigged in Sonko’s favour, with voters not being checked against the Jubilee Party register as directed by the National Elections Board (NEB).
"I disassociate myself from the sham election that Jubilee Party purported to have and demand the same elections be nullified," he said in the statement.
