Nairobi governor Mike Sonko has reached out to the youths in Nairobi to assist the county government in cleaning up the city.

Speaking on Thursday, Sonko asked the youths to come up with projects and seek partnerships with his government to make Nairobi clean.

"I encourage more youth groups to partner with my government so that together, we can keep this city clean," the governor said.

Sonko has intensified campaigns to clean the city with his Sonko Rescue Team already leading the onslaught against garbage in Eastleigh, Kasarani, Huruma and Ngara.
