A daughter to Nairobi senator Mike Sonko was on Sunday rushed to hospital after a playground accident.

According to Nairobi News, the young girl lost a toe nail while playing with friends, something that forced the senator to rush her to hospital where she was discharged after treatment.

The incident took place while the family was at the coast spending the holidays.

A sad Sonko took to social media to where he put photos of himself and the injured daughter in hospital.
