Sons of slain drug baron Ibrahim Akasha, were on Friday charged at a Mombasa court for fighting in a public place.
The three, Baktash, Ibrahim and Abdulsalam Akasha, were charged alongside Vijaygiri Goswami.
The four were accused of fighting tycoon Ali Punjani on December 31 at Rahjan bar and restaurant in Kisauni, Mombasa County.
They, however, denied the charges, claiming they were attacked by thugs who were armed with guns.
Their lawyer Cliff Ombeta asked the court to grant his clients cash bail pending hearing.
Senior principal magistrate Henry Nyakweba released them on Sh20,000 cash bail each and set a hearing for April 1.
