Sony assistant coach Collins Oduor has exuded confidence ahead of their match against Sportpesa Premier League champions Gor Mahia on Saturday.
This is after the millers thrashed Muhoroni Youth 5-1 on Tuesday at the Awendo Green Stadium.
Oduor said the huge win is a big motivation as they head into the last game against Gor Mahia at Moi Stadium, Kisumu County, on Saturday.
"Scoring many goals in a single game means the players gain confidence and it comes at a time we have a tough match to end the season. Gor will come with minds focused on coronation but we shall be up to collect three points," he said on Tuesday.
Sony’s win against Muhoroni lifted them to position 10 with 42 points, 17 ahead of bottom-placed Muhoroni.
