Unionist Wilson Sossion has been directed by the Labour Ministry to vacate his position in the Kenya National Union of Teachers.

In a special issue of the Kenya Gazette dated December 13, 2017, East African Affairs, Labour and Social Protection Cabinet Secretary Phyllis Kandie said Sossion is in violation of the provisions of Article 77 and 260 of the Constitution as he is now a State officer after being nominated by ODM.

s by way of nomination and election to Parliament.The MP has however dismissed the directive.
