The ODM nominated MP was on Monday blocked from accessing his office by people he identified as 'strangers'.

And with the war in the teacher's union taking a new twist, sossion says some 'elements' in government wants him out for political reasons.

"The government is keen to kick me out but I am not going anywhere. They are uncomfortable with me being in office," he said.

Sossion added: "There only time they can remove me from office is 2021 when we have elections. Without that, they should just forget."

Last week, Sossion obtained a court order than barred a section of teachers from kicking him out of office.

Elsewhere, KNUT Masaba North branch through Secretary General James Oteki also came in Sossion's defense, insisting that he is a victim of 'political witch hunt'.
