Kenya National Union of Teachers (Knut) Secretary General Wilson Sossion has praised Education CS Dr Fred Matiang'i for the work he has done in the Education Ministry.
Speaking to journalists in his office, Sossion' said that Matiang'i had taken great measures to ensure that the education sector was not corrupted by individuals with dubious intentions.
"Dr Matiang'i has done great in ensuring the education quality in the country is good. He has come up with measures to curb cheating and it is only fair to give credit where it is due. This year's exam have been done with little anomalies and this is due to the efforts of Matiang'i," said Sossion.
This comes after several teachers in the country over allegations to leak examinations.
Sossion called for the efforts of Matiang'i to be supported to make Kenya's education quality.
