Speaking on Hot 96 FM on Tuesday, the nominated member of parliament said that he is ready to leave the Secretary General’s office if the delegates who elected him vote him out adding that a few individuals cannot be representatives of delegates.

“A few individuals are not representative of all the delegates; the secretary general of Kenya National Union of Teachers is elected by delegates. I am ready for a delegate conference tomorrow and if they take a vote against me I will say to the teachers of Kenya thank you and hallelujah,” said Sossion.

He also said that he will also leave the office if a court order is issues asking him to surrender the post saying that he is a law-abiding citizen.

“I believe in the rule of law and respect of court order. If a court today says anything I will comply, I am a law-abiding citizen,” he added.

This comes after Sossion was blocked from accessing his office by individuals who he claimed to have been hired by his colleagues to deny him the access to his Nairobi office.
