Nominated ODM lawmaker Wilson Sossion has dragged the Teachers Service Commission to court for deregistering him.

The suit filed at the Milimani Law Courts on Thursday, the MP claims that the decvision by TSC toderegister him was illegal and unprocedural.

He now wantsb the action by the teachers' employer suspended pending the determination of the suit on grounds that TSC chief executive Nancy Machaira acted in contravention of the "ruled of justice".

Sossion further in the case against TSC alleges that disciplinary procedures leading to his termination were ignored by the Commission.

Addressing the media after filing the suit, the MP stated that the teachers' employer never summoned him to appear before it and give him a chance to defend himself.

"TSC action was actuated by malice, improper motives, and in bad faith aimed at achieving cruelty and revenge," he said.

Sossion said that the power to halt a teachers registration is guided by law and that procedure is informed by the rules of justice and fairness.

TSC CEO Nncy Macharia during the cancellation of Sossion's registration claimed the MP ceased from being a member of TSC after being nominated to Parliament.
