Tana River County Assembly speaker Justin Nkaduda has accused former county administration for mismanaging county cash.Nkaduda said the previous government failed residents in service delivery due to misplaced priorities with several unmet 2013 pledges. He regretted that the new county government inherited Sh2 billion debt from the previous administration which must be recovered.He however, said the debt will not hinder the new government on service delivery to the people.
Nkaduda called on elected and nominated MCAs to drop their political differences and cooperate to ensure smooth service delivery to benefit the people in the county.
