The Speaker of the National Assembly Justin Muturi met representatives from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Monday.
Led by chairman Archbishop Eliud Wabukala, Muturi and the commissioners deliberated on various issues that parliament needs to address to tighten the grip in the anti-graft fight.
While appreciating the efforts made by the Commission, Muturi there was need to do more, by the Commission to gain critical public confidence in the war against corruption.
He urged the commission to move with speed and address the bottle necks in the prosecution of the high profile corruption cases that ultimately define how the public rate the institution.
They met at Muturi's Parliament Buildings offices.
