A case in which St Mary’s hospital staff are charged with theft of Sh13 million theatre machine and lab equipment has been adjourned to August 15.
Chief magistrate Josephat Burudi adjourned the case after their advocate failed to appear before court during the hearing.
State prosecutor told the court that they were ready to present witnesses but had no objection to case being adjourned until the advocate was present.
Two doctors, an administrator and a businessman are facing charges over the theft of a theatre machine and lab equipments.
