Dependable midfielder Musa Mudde has ditched Bandari FC to rejoin AFC Leopards, a club he left nearly two years ago to try his luck with the Mbaraki-based side.
AFC Leopards confirmed the capture of their former star that has been an integral part of the Paul Nkata-coached side through their official portal."Official, the club wishes to announce the acquisition of midfielder Musa Mudde from Bandari FC. We welcome him back to the den and look forward to a great season with him," read the statement.The development comes as a blow to Bandari FC who have also lost midfielder Anthony Kimani. As a result, they may be forced to go to the transfer market to replace the duo whose impact in their midfield cannot be ignored.Mudde who previously played for another KPL giant Sofapaka is among the three players who signed for Bandari from AFC Leopards in 2016.The signing of the Ugandan by the 12-time KPL champions comes amid reports that Leopards midfielder Bernard Mang'oli is set to ditch the club and head to Sofapaka with Mudde seen as his perfect replacement.
