Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa now wants President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto to stop using State House as a campaign ground for their re-election.The ODM lawmaker said State House is public property and Jubilee has no right to use it for their campaigns.Speaking to journalists in Malindi Town, the MP said Uhuru and Ruto have no right to hold party meetings at State House.“President Kenyatta should respect State House and stop using it as a political ground to plan for his campaigns and party affairs,” said Jumwa, as quoted by the Standard.She said campaigning at State House will not save UhuRuto from losing in the repeat presidential election.Jumwa also called for investigation into Jubilee’ campaign kitty. The MP alleged that Jubilee could be using taxpayer’s money to run UhuRuto's re-election campaigns.President Kenyatta has been meeting leaders, professionals and politicians from various communities across the country at State House.On Thursday, the president met over 5,000 leaders, politicians and professionals from North Eastern region urging them to support his re-election bid in the repeat poll slated for October 26.
