President Uhuru Kenyatta’s dabbing video has reached the intended audience, a statement from State House spokesperson Manoah Esipisu has said.
The video of Uhuru ‘dabbing’ with local dance crew FBI, meant to implore the youth to register as voters, had 743,000 views five days ago on Facebook only behind the video of him during Pope Francis visit in 2015, which had 800,000 views.
“That furious traffic helped pull other videos with youth-related messages up as well,” said Esipisu.
According to the State House spokesperson, the negative sentiments stood at only 10 per cent.
The video created abuzz on social as users hit out at the President for being a 'joker' a time when the country is facing serious challenges.
