The Anglican Church has appealed to the government to take firm action against land grabbers and those who misuse public resources.

He observed that land grabbing and corruption cases are steadily rise and that the government must act.
Ruto asked the government not to spare anyone implicated in corruption and land grabbing syndicates.
“We want to ask President Kenyatta to deal with land grabbers and those that misuse public funds,” he said.
The Bishop intimated that the country is heading the wrong direction if land grabbers will be given chance to grab public property.
Bishop Ruto asked the Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu and her National Lands Commission (NLC) chairman Mohammed Swazuri to crack the whip on grabbers.
He added that an audit must be done on all public land in order to unravel those who have grabbed land.
