While addressing wananchi at Tangulbei Secondary School grounds in Tiaty Constitency on Saturday, Mr Ruto particularly took issue with some KANU leaders whom he said were misleading people that the Jubilee government had not done enough for them.

"What Jubilee has done in three years had not been done in 50 years. Don't let selfish politicians lie to you," Ruto said.

He was accompanied by MPs Sammy Mwaita, Samuel Moroto, Hellen Sambili and County Speaker William Kamket.
