Practicing safe sex by use of condoms is so key as it protects you from sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and also unwanted pregnancy. You should also know that removing condoms safely is part of practicing safe sex. Below is a step by step guide on how to correctly remove them after use;

1. Learn when to pull out. Pull out your penis as soon as you are through with the ejaculation so that you don't let your penis get soft while still inside your partner since the condom may get stuck inside.

2. Hold the rim of the condom with one hand while keeping your tool parallel to the floor or slightly facing downwards. Use the other hand to hold and roll the ring of your condom as you gently pull the tip and slide it out without spilling the semen. 

3. Inspect the used condom for wholes. If it had broken then your partner will have to use birth control pills and go for STIs check up. 

4. Tie up the condom and cover it with a tissue paper before you think of disposing it. DO NOT dispose it in a toilet since it is not environmental friendly or even your plumbing system. 

5. Wash your hands with warm water or liquid hand washing detergent. Encourage your partner to wash there hands too if they had contact with the semen.
