Police have recovered 33 tablets that were stolen from Mwena Primary School in Kwale County.

The recovered tablets were among 95 items stolen from the institution last month.

Laptops were also stolen during the incident.

Lunga Lunga OCPD Charles Ouma confirmed the recovery.

They were found in Mwena, Kibarani and Likoni in Kwale and Mombasa counties.

“The tablets have government logos and flags, so it was difficult for them to sell after their attempt to deface them failed,” Ouma is quoted by Nation.
