The talk of former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka leaving NASA and either going solo or joining Jubilee has become a hot cake in media outlets.
This has not pleased opposition principals who are now blaming news channels for misreporting the issue. Led by FORD-Kenya party leader and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula, the leaders have warned media stakeholders against partial reporting.
Speaking during the Wajir County tour, Wetangula said that Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka is being crucified for sins he has not committed. He complained about how his probable departure from is being translated by reporters and editors.
The complaints come after Kalonzo and his close allies made statements that revealed their potential divorce if opposition does not listen to their demands. MP Francis Nyenze demanded a Kalonzo candidature failure to which the Kamba community will ditch opposition and was defended by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka."Nyenze has nothing to retract. Even Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho and Junet Mohamed said no one else but Raila Odinga must be named candidate and we never heard them being reprimanded. No one has gone for them. Let us respect other people's opinion. I don't want to even talk about this matter," Musyoka said while defending Nyenze’s remarks.
