President Uhuru Kenyatta has told opposition leader Raila Odinga to stop attacking IEBC since its an independent body and needs to be respected. He said it was wrong for the opposition to call for IEBC's disbandment."Why haven't the opposition leaders disputed the election of their own governors, senators, Mps and Mca's. Why aren't they questioning their election," he said in Eldoret town,Thursday."I know their intention is to destablise the government for them to have a coalition government. I want to state categorically that they won't get even a single slice," added President Kenyatta.He called upon Uasin Gishu residents to give him more votes in the repeat of the presidential elections which is around the corner. "We have to thank you for overwhelmingly voting for us in the August 8th elections and urge you to support us in the October 17 elections," said the president.He reiterated that he was determined to unite all Kenyans regardless of their political and tribal affiliations."Our main reason for forming Jubilee party was to unite Kenyans and I promise to uphold to it at whatever cost," he said.
