Matungulu MP Stephen Mule has said that cheap goodies will not sway Ukambani’s resolution to be in NASA to stay.

The legislature has accused his Kitui West counterpart, Francis Nyenze of seeking cheap favors from Jubilee.

The latter praised President Uhuru Kenyatta’s performance something that has not been received well by regional leaders especially Wiper members. Mule said Nyenze’s shenanigans would not sway the Akamba’s political stand.

“I will not be part of the sugarcoating. I he has eaten from Jubilee, he should know the Kamba nation is in NASA to stay. I am speaking for the people of Ukambani. Nyenze’s statements were unfortunate. If he has received a bribe from Jubilee...our people have not,” Mule said at Parliament Buildings as quoted by the Star.

However, the Minority Leader in the National Assembly, Francis Nyenze denied reports that he had decamped from NASA. He stated that his woes are a product of being misquoted and are fueled by his political opponents. The MP said that he was only appreciating the NYS employment impact on the youths.

The Star reached the legislature over phone and he blamed politics. He confirmed that he is still solidly in Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper paty.

“I am not perturbed at all because at no point did I support Jubilee or President Kenyatta. I am a life member of Wiper party," Nyenze said.
