This follows Ndeti's recent successful appeal against Mutua's August 8, 2017 re-election, a ruling the governor has since opposed, claiming the case was poorly handled.

Speaking on Radio Citizen on Thursday, the former Kathiani Member of Parliament laughed off the Maendeleo Chap Chap party boss' claims, urging him to simply accept the outcome.

"He keeps complaining over everything and is now even judging the judges simply because things did not go the way he wanted," Ndeti said.

Shebb laughed off Mutua's recent threats to unveil suspected participants of the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) scandal, a threat he made immediately after the ruling.

She termed the same as another of Mutua's attempts to taint more names ahead of his presidential bid in the approaching 2022 general elections.

"He should stop being a crybaby and refrain from bringing other people into our fight for Machakos," Ndeti added.

Mutua claimed he has since been presented with a list bearing the names of the suspected maize cartels.

He further alleged that the cartels are top government officials close to President Uhuru Kenyatta.
