Former Kisii county Senator Chris Obure has called upon opposition chief Raila Odinga to stop holding boardroom politics and pushing for a coalition government but instead accept to participate in the elections.

Obure claimed that Raila Odinga won't win in an election and that's why he ain't ready for the same and called upon those supporting him more so in Gusii region to make up their mind.

Speaking at Kisii sports club on Monday Obure said he has already joined forces that are currently spearheading Uhuru Kenyatta's re election bid in Gusii region.

"We're not happy with the way Raila Odinga is pushing for a coalition government and we're calling upon Uhuru Kenyatta to stand firm and be ready to form the next government," said Obure.

Obure is among the key men championing Uhuru's campaigns in Gusii region..

His comments comes a time when Raila Odinga's team has said they won't go for any elections if their irreducible demands are not met by the IEBC.
