Ng'ang'a claims that the opposition is using propaganda to tarnish Uhuru’s name.

The Thika Town MP further wants the opposition to stop personalising and politicizing corruption

She said that Cord leader Raila Odinga and his camp have no moral authority to speak about corruption.

Ng'ang'a alleged that Raila and his colleagues in the opposition have been previously named in corruption scandals and should stop personalising the war against graft.

“Raila is not an angel because he has been named in various graft scandals,” she alleged.

The MP said politicising the war on graft will not help in taming the vice.

Ng’ang’a who addressed journalists at Thika town on Wednesday asked the opposition to allow government agencies mandated to fight graft do their work.

She said the President has done everything to fight corruption.

“The President needs the support of politicians across the divide in fighting graft,” she said.

The lawmaker warned that criticism will not help in the fight against the vice.

Opposition leaders are calling for Uhuru’s resignation claiming in that he is unable to fight graft. The leaders accuse the President of tolerating graft suspects.

This comes in the wake of an alleged Sh5.2 Billion scam at Afya House that has elicited condemnation from opposition leaders and Kenyans at large.
