Speaking to this writer, Okisai pointed out that most people ferry their cattle at night on Monday night so as to get to Tala market early on Tuesday while others ferry the cattle from the market at night and they use main roads something he said contributes to accidents.

"I have received complains from several motorists that there are some traders who ferry cattle at night using main roads and bring confusion at the road mostly on Monday and Tuesday to and from Tala market and I want to give a stern warning to those who are doing this should stop immediately," said Okisai.

"I heard that last week there was an accident along the Kangundo-Mwala road involving a motorcycle and two people were injured as the motorcycle tried to avoid hitting a cow, this must stop," added Okisai.

Okisai further added that he will ensure that patrols are conducted throughout the night and those who will be caught ferrying cattle at night will not be spared and will face the law accordingly.

"I have organised with my police and there will be patrols mostly on Monday and Tuesday nights to catch those ferrying cattle at night and those caught will face the law."
