Kisumu county women representative Roza Buyu on Wednesday advised the head of state to respect Raila's decision to head to the supreme court instead of cajoling him to accept defeat.The ODM MP added that Odinga was his own person and should thus not be equated with his co principal Issac Ruto who has since conceded defeat in the Bomet gubernatorial seat as the president had wished."I think Raila Odinga is his own person and his own individual and if Isaac Ruto accepted defeat the same does not apply to Raila.It is his constitutional right to do exactly what he is doing by going to court and I think that is granted in the constitution", she told NTV SideBar show.According to the Iebc Uhuru won the polls with over 8 million votes while Odinga was second with 6.7 million votes.The president while in Bomet during the swearing in of governor elect Joyce Laboso urged Odinga to emulate the defeated Ruto and concede so that the country can move forward.
