Nyangeso said most politicians form unity movement when elections are near to deceive residents that they are uniting them but is a way of looking for support.

Addressing residents at Moremani in Nyaribari Masaba constituency on Sunday, Nyangeso called on politicians to form unity movement every time to unite the community and not during elections

“We have seen a unity movement formed in Kisii County called Omogusii Unity to unite the community but this came during elections to gain support politically,” said Nyangeso.

“I am advising our leaders to always form unity movement every time and not during elections we need a unity all days," he added.

He also called on Gusii region leaders to join and work together for the benefit of Kisii residents in development.

“Electorate vote to get development from leaders I am calling leaders to initiate development projects for residents to benefit,” he added.
