Kisii county politicians have been urged to foster development instead of giving handouts to residents which have no meaning in terms of development.
Speaking to journalist in Kisii town, former National library Chairman Samuel Nyangweso urged all Kisii county politicians to give back to the society through development.
“Residents benefits from politicians in development but not handouts, let Kisii politician eye development and not doing politics every now and again,” said Nyangweso.
He challenged Kisii county politicians to join and cooperate together and give their contributions in constructing a talent academy in Kisii County.
We have been on updates that Kisii county youths need a talent academy but so far nothing has been seen on the ground how can we help our youths to improve their talents and prosper in life? We need to help them by constructing a talent academy for them,” added Nyangweso.
Nyangweso promised to ask all stakeholders to make sure the talent academy is built in Kisii County soon.
