Baringo Senator Gideon Moi has called on the Deputy President William Ruto to respect him and not to interfere in his work.
Moi say that Ruto has been insulting him and his party KANU for no apparent reason.
" I respect William Ruto as the Deputy President, but for him to interfere with my work and insult me and my KANU party is really unfortunate and uncalled for," he said.
The younger Moi further called on the Deputy President to brace himself for a fierce battle ahead of the 2017 general elections.
"Our competitors should know that KANU has awakened and should brace themselves for a bruising battle during the next general elections because every corner of the country was willing to join us. I have not spoken yet and when I speak, it will be unstoppable," he said on his face book page.
The two leaders have been engaging in supremacy battle to control the vote rich Rift Valley ahead of the 2017 elections.
