A Cabinet Secretary has launched a scathing attack on the National Super Alliance leader Raila Odinga, saying that he has been in the government for too long with no substantial achievements or projects to showcase.Mining CS Dan Kazungu said Raila has no right to lecture the Coast people about the land problems because he did not solve the issue when he was the Prime Minister."He cannot lecture us about land problems because when he was a co-principal in the 2008-2013 Grand Coalition Government with James Orengo as a lands minister he did nothing,” he said speaking in Magarini, Kilifi County, over the weekend.Kazungu, the former Malindi MP on Raila's ODM party ticket, told residents to embrace development and shun divisive politics whichhe said was the mantra of Opposition politics.“NASA politics is centred on jealous, hatred and malice. That is the politics NASA’s Raila Odinga has been playing. Let's support Jubilee which has a great development track record," the CS added.Speaking elsewhere in Mombasa, Tourism CS Najib Balala thanked President Uhuru Kenyatta for making good his campaign promise of ensuring locals regain control of their land.On Sunday, Kenyatta accompanied by his deputy William Ruto, visited the region where he gave out title deeds at Serani Primary School."President Kenyatta’s directive that the title deed for the Serani land popularly known as Arab Grounds is greatly appreciated,” the CS said.
