A section of Jubilee leaders drawn from Nakuru county have cautioned Bomet governor Isaac Ruto against interfering with the county's politics.

Led by Nominated Senator Liza Chelule, the leaders said Nakuru is sufficiently represented and does not the intervention of any leader to dictate their political path.

"What does Isaac want in Nakuru? He is leaving his locals suffering in poverty and coming to Nakuru to call us names and accuse Jubilee of underperforming," she said during the burial ceremony of former Nyanza PPO Kipkemoi Korir on Saturday.

She further warned the Chama Cha Mashinani leader that he could be unseated by National Assembly Deputy Speaker Joyce Laboso should he fail to concentrate on his re-election bid.

"We are happy that less than 60 days remain for Laboso to oust him" she said.

Laboso is gunning for Bomet's top seat on a Jubilee Party ticket.
