Opposition Chief Raila Odinga has been accused of hoodwinking Kenyans by announcing his withdrawal from the repeat presidential election and failing to do so formally.Devolution Cabinet Mwangi Kiunjuri told Raila to come out openly and state if he will take part in the fresh poll set for October 26."Raila must stop playing games with the minds of voters. If he is not keen on facing President Uhuru Kenyatta on October 26, he should quit by signing form 24A as required by the law," Kiunjuri said, speaking during a function in Laikipia County on Saturday.Form 24A is a statutory document the electoral commission requires candidates to fill to withdraw from an election. But speaking in London on Friday, Raila said there was no need to sign the document.'I don't need to sign Form 24A because I have already written to the IEBC withdrawing my candidature," the NASA leader said during an interview. However, the electoral agency maintains Raila is still in the race to State House because he has not pulled out 'procedurally'.The commission has gazetted his name as a candidate for the October 26 fresh election.
