Deputy President William Ruto has yet again come under scrutiny over his alleged continued interference with opposition politics just days after NASA named its flag bearer.
Recently, Ruto sarcastically told a gathering that the opposition team was busy pushing for selfish interests for creating not existing posts.
Under the NASA agreement, Raila Odinga will serve as one term president with Kalonzo Musyoka serving as his deputy. Musalia Mudavadi will serve as Premier Cabinet Secretary and would be aided by Moses Wetangula and Isaac Rutto.
“It’s unfortunate that the DP is jittery about NASA’s plan to democratically take power. It is not his business whatsoever to poke nose into our strategy,” Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire told the star.
Mr. Bosire added: “Ruto might have done Biology or Chemistry but he must know that under Jubilee, our economy has shrunk.”
The Jubilee administration led by President Uhuru Kenyatta and Ruto has dismissed NASA’s arrangement as a wider scheme to over spend public resources.
In parliament, Bosire is known for his fierce criticism of Jubilee administration and at one time, he told off President Uhuru Kenyatta over the ongoing KDF operation in Somalia.
