Nakuru activist Abdul Noor has hit out at African leaders for what he termed as politicizing the International Criminal Court ICC.
Noor accused leaders of hatching a plot to see the court crumble.
Speaking on Saturday at a Nakuru-based FM station, the former TNA Nakuru County chairman said African nations risk losing if they pool out of ICC.
“The court is vital in ensuring justice is done. The problem is the politicization of the ICC, led by our own leaders,” Noor said.
During the African Union meeting held recently, President Kenyatta rallied African states to pull out of ICC.
Kenyatta accused the court of being a western tool to humiliate African leaders.
