Mosora residents in Bobasi constituency have accused Kisii county Governor James Ongwae over empty promises to them
According to residents, the governor promised to put a water project at Mosora area, employ health workers at the dispensary and construct Mosora–Rianchaga road but nothing fruitful has been done on the ground
Addressing the press at Mosora on Sunday residents led by John Maina said Ongwae has been using PR for a long time and he always gives empty promises and he doesn't fulfill them.
“We are approaching the next general election as Mosora residents we have not benefited from the county government over the last four years,” said Maina.
“The dispensary was built here at Mosora and no even a single health worker was employed to work at the dispensary, no water project among other unfulfilled promises we ask Ongwae to stop PR and keep his word,” added Maina.
They also threatened to stop the poor construction of Mosora -Nyabisase road since it is being constructed poorly with no good standard.
