Onchoke has expressed concern over the Nyaribari Chache MP's alleged interference with the running of Nyamagwa SDA Mixed Secondary School in his constituency where he is allegedly strategising to have the school Principal,Nelson Omwenga transferred from the school on grounds that he did not support his candidature in 2013 by-election in nthe constituency.

Speaking to the press in Kisii town,Onchoke claims that Tong'i is allegedly using the School's Board Of Management Chairman,Charles Masese Anyona to ensure the Principal is transferred and have their preferred and politically correct principal posted to the school.

Omwenga, the KESSHA boss said was being intimidated by Tong'i's supporters for being seen as a sympathiser of  Dr Chris Bichage who lost to the sitting MP during the 2013 by-elections.

"We have sufficient information that, the MP is employing dirty tricks to ensure the principal is moved from the school on grounds that he did not support him in 2013 by-elections,which the Tong'i won against Bichage who is alleged to be a close ally of the principal,"claimed Onchoke

Despite improving the school's mean from 3 to 5.7 in 2014 KCSE results,Onchoke wondered that the MP who has never stepped in to the school compound since he was elected had the guts to call for the transfer of the school's principal on political grounds as opposed to professional grounds.

Onchoke disclosed that, according to KESSHA investigations, the Principal does not have any problem with the parents and the sponsor except the MP who has a political bone to chew with the principal who is performing his duties professionally to improve education and examination standards in his school.
