We cannot achieve anything when we are in a permanent state of fighting,” advised Kilonzo.He further asked leaders to respect their electorates by doing what they are expected to do, which is to ensure development projects meant to benefits locals."Do not expect voters to vote you again if you have no courtesy of honouring the contract you signed voters. When you find a tortoise on top of a table, know that someone lifted it up there; that is what we did by electing you to that post,” said the elder.Kilonzo also warned leaders fond of chest thumping to stop the habit saying that pride comes before a fall, warning that they might regret whatever they do which voters think is not right.
