The National Super Alliance has been advised to stop blaming their Jubilee counterparts over the use of their numerical strength to change laws since they are also a beneficiary of the tyranny of numbers at least in the Supreme Court.
Senate chief whip Kithure Kindiki on Thursday slammed the opposition coalition for crying foul over the proposed amendments which the Jubilee nonetheless debated upon and fast-tracked using their majority saying they too benefited when a majority of the Supreme Court judges voted to uphold their petition against president Kenyatta's August 8 poll victory.
"NASA must stop the doublespeak. Why do they complain when Jubilee uses its tyranny to amend laws when they also benefited from the same tyranny at the Supreme Court", he said.
The contentions amendments which seek to reduce the powers of the Iebc chairman and entrench manual voter transmission system was on Thursday tabled in parliament by majority leader Aden Duale who rallied his Jubilee troops to lay the groundwork for its implementation.
